LIQUORJOBS.co.nz is a dedicated online liquor jobs service for people who work in all areas of the liquor industry in New Zealand, provided by Paddy and Heather Battersby, (Battersby & Associates), Auckland, New Zealand, who themselves provide consultancy services to small and medium sized businesses.

With the continued growth in the wine industry, the creation of winejobsonline was seen as a natural extension to the human resources services that Battersby & Associates already offers employers. The ensuing launch of the LIQUORJOBS.co.nz site complements the service provided by winejobsonline.com to the wine industry, and covers the whole liquor industry – beer, wine, spirits – sales, admin, marketing, retail, brewing….

CREDENTIALS -
Paddy's career in the liquor industry spanned more than 20 years, having worked for both Lion Breweries and DB at different stages (including Liquorland and Robbie Burns) in many facets – sales, retail, training, and Human Resources. He understands the industry and how important it is to employ good staff.

Heather Battersby’s life in wine began by accident some 20 years ago in South Australia whilst on a working holiday. Quickly hooked by the good life in the “great wine region” she made the most of the opportunities on offer – including the privilege of being Max Schubert’s Personal Assistant while working for Penfolds Wines Australia. Returning to New Zealand, she and Paddy met and married while they both worked for Penfolds NZ. Apart from 10 years when their children were growing up, Heather has always been involved in the wine industry. Heather returned to work in wine when she accepted an offer from Jim Delegat to “come and work for me” in 1992; she was his Personal Assistant for 11 years.

Now a freelance Executive PA and functions co-ordinator, as well as running winejobsonline.com for wine industry employers and LIQUORJOBS.CO.NZ for the rest of the industry, Heather offers a personal and professional service to a select number of clients - clients who benefit from her years of experience in the wine industry. Heather is available to work with companies on a contract basis for special projects and functions, or just when another pair of hands is required to assist in busy times. Accomplished as a PA, she has a wide range of skills.
