Mission Estate is a premium Hawke’s Bay winemaker producing wines for the domestic and export markets. This key role is based at our winery in Hawke's Bay, which produces both Mission and Ngatarawa brands.

The focus of the role is coordinating stock control and exports for Ngatarawa brands, including: 

• Co-ordination of warehousing and export wine orders
• Receiving and processing orders for our distributors
• Organising export approvals, shipping and efficient, timely management of international freight forwarders
• Preparing documentation for export, compliance and dispatch
• Ensure efficient procurement and stock management processes
• Planning and co-ordination of purchasing, packaging and consumables for bottling and production runs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, preparing reports and seeking opportunities to improve processes

You will have proven experience in administration with advanced IT skills. Experience in exporting, logistics, stock control and/or production planning would be desireable, particularly within the wine industry.  

You must have a strong customer service focus and the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally. Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential. 

You need a positive can-do attitude and the ability to handle pressure and uncertainty in a busy and changeable environment.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and value being part of a successful, results-driven team.
